We are looking for an Experienced Structural Superintendent. Most successful candidates will have worked with all types of structural building frames including concrete. A large majority of our work will be with concrete structures.

Superintendents are expected to lead by example, including but not limited to:

  • Self Motivated Leader and team player
  • Walking job site for Safety, Quality Control, direct supervision. This is a physically active position.
  • Daily expectations of job arrival and departure times
  • Interact and communicate with all levels and types of personalities.
  • Computer work including:
    • Superintendent Daily Reports
    • Job site daily pictures to document activities
  • Email correspondence with Company, Owner, Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors, etc.
  • Internet and Website research and investigation for items/materials that may be needed for job.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Use of Project Scheduling software, but minimally able to use MS Office Suite.
  • OSHA 30 Hour training (all others are a plus)

Must have a solid knowledge of OSHA standards, including the ability to read OSHA standards.

Able to read, write and communicate effectively in a business setting.
Able to understand and adhere to job deadline.
Mentor fellow team mates.

All Superintendent positions are a physically active position. This means that you must be able to stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time. We expect Superintendents to exhibit the ability to walk the entire project. Some commercial job sites range from less than 2 acres to over 50 acres. Our projects are in Texas and vary by location from North West Texas to far South East Texas and anywhere in between. Superintendents are expected to travel and are paid a predetermined but fair per diem rate for doing so.
